Is my order Next day Delivery?

We use a Next Day Delivery Service for our parcels. Order by 1pm (Mon/Fri) for next day delivery. 93% arrive on time.

However, small courier delays can sometimes happen which are out of our control, so we really do recommend giving yourself a couple of extra days to ensure you receive your removal boxes on time.

Schedules may vary for remote postcodes.

PLEASE NOTE: Next Day Delivery = Next Working Day (Mon/Fri) – If you Place order on Friday, you will not receive your items until Monday

Can we deliver to your postcode?

We use a third party courier and they deliver to ANY UK POSTCODE.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £50. Otherwise there’s a charge (£6.48). 93% ARRIVE ON TIME THE NEXT WORKING DAY provided we receive your order by 1pm (Mon/Fri). Please note though schedules may vary for REMOTE POSTCODES.

Do I get an estimated time of arrival on the day of my delivery?

Yes. On the day you will receive a notification from the courier with an estimated time for delivery.

If you do not receive this notification from the courier, please MESSAGE US immediately so we can investigate.

Do I need to be in to sign for delivery?

No. Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification from the courier with your expected delivery date. From within this notification you can instruct the courier to LEAVE IT WITH A NEIGHBOUR (OR IN A SAFE PLACE).

If you do not receive this notification from the courier, please MESSAGE US immediately so we can investigate.

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes. You can REARRANGE THE DELIVERY DATE from within the notification you receive from the courier once your order has been processed.

I've not received everything I ordered. What do I do?

We’re only human so (until the robots take over the warehouse) you may experience the occasional packing error, which is why we try to encourage customers to LEAVE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY. At least then we can rectify the error without too much stress.

Please also take the time to check each parcel carefully before you MESSAGE US about missing items. Smaller items can often be found in between the boxes to protect them in transit.
You must notify us of any missing items as soon as possible and within 14 days along with photos clearly showing all your delivered items.
