Only thing letting the whole thing down was the delivery company who delivered 1/2 of the order to me and the other 1/2 to a completely different address. The courier company driver wasn’t helpful and it was only down to the person who had received the goods in error calling me so I was able to find where the goods were!

Quick but a little expensive

Excellent customer service – genuinely cared about the customer experience and did everything they could to keep us updated. Our order arrived one day later than initially promised (courier backlog, not dispatch delay) but I received several phone calls to keep us up to date on progress throughout. I was surprised at the effort and attention to detail – I don’t normally ever leave reviews, but can fully recommend both the products (boxes have been used multiple times over multiple trips over a long weekend) as well as the customer service in this instance

The boxes that I ordered were of a very good quality and certainly better than cheaper equivalents bought on one of the larger online retail outlets. Delivery was prompt and on time. The boxes arrived undamaged wrapped in yards and yards of plastic packaging. If only the company had access to some form of greener packaging that would still protect the contents. Oh, wait … Nevertheless, I was very pleased with both the product and the service and would have no hesitation in using Boxes for Moving Home Limited again.
